At Bircube, we value your privacy. Mirralo is an AI personal stylist app that helps you explore hairstyles, colors, and accessories. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We do not sell your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

Mirralo collects only what is needed to create your style profile, generate looks, and keep your account working.

a) Account Information

You can create an account with email and password, or continue with Google.

  • Email address and password (email sign-up; passwords are stored by our auth provider, not in plain text)
  • Email and basic profile details provided by Google if you use Google Sign-In
  • A sign-in session stored on your device so you stay logged in

    • b) Style Profile

    During onboarding, you may share:

  • Name, age, and gender
  • Visual details such as skin tone, eye color, hair color, hair type, and face shape
  • Physical details such as height, body type, and shoulder width
  • Style preferences, favorite colors, formality, distinctive features, and accessory preferences

    • You must be 13 or older to use Mirralo. This profile is saved to your account so recommendations stay consistent across devices.

    c) Photos

    When you create a persona, Mirralo asks for face photos from four angles (front, left, right, and three-quarter). You can take them with the camera or choose them from your photo library.

  • Photos are stored on your device and on your Mirralo account so they restore when you sign back in.
  • Photos are sent to our AI provider to estimate styling cues (for example face shape, hair, and skin tone) and to generate hairstyle previews.
  • We do not use your photos for advertising, to identify you to other users, or for facial-recognition identity matching.
  • You can save generated previews to your photo library if you choose.

    • d) Looks, Preferences, and App Data

    The app may store:

  • Confirmed persona analysis and hairstyle recommendations
  • Generated hairstyle previews and accessory product images
  • Watch style preference and similar in-app choices
  • Cached copies on your device for faster loading

    • Signing out clears the local cache. Account data stays in the cloud until you ask us to delete it.

    e) Purchase Records

    If you buy generation credits, we keep a record of the store, product, and transaction ID so we can unlock what you paid for. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. Apple and Google process payments.

    2. Third-Party Services

    Mirralo uses trusted services to run the app. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers, and there are no ads in the app.

  • Supabase — account authentication, profile data, photo storage, saved looks, and purchase entitlements
  • Together AI — face-photo analysis and AI image generation (hairstyle edits and product illustrations)
  • Google — optional Google Sign-In
  • Apple App Store / Google Play — in-app purchases
  • Amazon — optional shopping links and product images for recommended items. Tapping a shop link opens Amazon, which has its own privacy policy. Product-image lookups use item search terms, not your face photos.

    • These providers process data only as needed to provide their service, under their own privacy policies.

    3. In-App Purchases

    Mirralo offers optional in-app purchases, such as credits to analyze a persona, generate hairstyle previews, or unlock accessories.

  • All purchases follow Apple’s or Google’s secure payment system.
  • Credits and unlocks are tied to your Mirralo account.
  • Refunds and purchase management are handled by the App Store or Google Play, subject to their policies.

    • 4. Children’s Privacy

    Mirralo is intended for users 13 years of age and older. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

    If you believe a child under 13 has created an account or shared personal data with us, please contact us and we will delete that information.

    5. Data Security

    We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls on our cloud services. Local data (such as cached photos and preferences) is stored on your device.

    No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please keep your account password private.

    6. Your Choices

  • Update your style profile or retake photos in Settings.
  • Sign out to clear local cache on this device.
  • Turn off camera or photo access in your device settings (some features will not work without them).
  • Email us to request a copy of your data, or to delete your account and associated photos.

    • 7. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any major changes, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date above. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
